What is personal coaching?
Personal or one-to-one coaching (1:1) is when a person works individually with a professional coach on their particular areas of strengths and weaknesses in order to fulfil their potential and make the changes they want in their life. It is about using day-to-day work experiences as a learning opportunity via the facilitation of an experienced coach. It can be treated either as a short-term intervention or a longer-term developmental process.
